A forest trail in fall with the sun filtering through the trees

Forest Therapy Walk

Join us for a 2.5 – 3 hour guided forest therapy walk at Potter’s Creek to reawaken the senses and experience a deeper connection to yourself and the natural world around you!

What is forest therapy? Also known as “forest bathing” or “Shinrin-Yoku”, forest therapy is a practice that promotes a state of inner peace and relaxation through sensory restoration. It is a slow-paced and gentle practice that is physically undemanding and can be done by anyone, at any athletic level.

This walk is in partnership with Quinte Conservation and has been supported by Bay of Quinte Tourism!
